Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Australia. We do not ship to other countries yet.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner and ship within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 6 to 12 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracked carrier. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
All duties and import taxes are collected at checkout. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us before your order ships to change the shipping address or cancel. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect or cancel it.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage.
Lost in transit
If the carrier loses your package before delivery, we will arrange a replacement.
Lost after delivery
Once the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot replace packages that go missing afterwards. Please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mail area, then contact the carrier with your tracking number.
