Important Note: We do not store your raw calendar data. We only store AI-generated summaries derived from your calendar for up to 24 hours and indirect insights for reasonable use.

Device and Usage Information

Mobile App

  • Device information: Operating system, app version, device model
  • Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, session information
  • Location data: For weather information and timezone settings
  • IP address: For security monitoring and fraud prevention

Inku Hardware Devices (E-ink Displays)

  • Device telemetry: Battery level, WiFi signal strength, firmware version, device ID
  • Connection status: Bluetooth connectivity status
  • Boot metrics: Device performance data

Analytics and Diagnostics

  • Error logs: App crashes and error reports via Sentry
  • Usage analytics: Feature adoption and user behavior via PostHog and Statsig

AI-Powered Features

  • Personalized commentary and insights

Important: Your calendar data is processed by these AI services to generate insights, but the original calendar data is never stored by us. These AI models may change as we improve our service. Only derived summaries and insights are temporarily retained for 24 hours.

  • Raw calendar data: Never stored - accessed in real-time only
